Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@dameasyfloodbarriers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, we will immediately send out a replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically issued the same day we receive and inspect your return.


Shipping Fee Deductions for Barrier & Extension Pole Returns

For returns involving DamEasy Barriers or Extension Poles, a return shipping fee of $69 per item will be deducted from your refund total. This fee covers the cost of the return shipping label and safe transit of the heavy/oversized items.
