Raffaele Mori As a contractor, I was a bit disappointed with the artificial reveals. I needed to order a couple of additional pieces for a client who had come up short on the original count. When I went back to the same site she had ordered from, I placed the order assuming they would match. The photos online showed them in black, while the originals she received were ivory/cream in color. Unfortunately, what arrived did not match the existing order.
So, after getting in contact with the support team and speaking with them I am and have edited my original post and rating, as they were right on it and have come to an arrangement that works. This is very impressive since a lot of companies do not do that. Thank you for jumping all over this.
